Skill-Specific Soccer Training and Recreational Activities

Goalkeeper Academy 8-19 year olds

Goalkeeper training will focus on teaching all skills, including footwork, catching technique, distribution (goal kicks, punts, throwing), also decision making, communication skills and reading the game from tactical standpoint. Positive reinforcement and coaching feedback (including constructive critique) will be combined in a fun and competitive training environment, with focus on individual player development.

Goalkeeper training is included as a club training program for Alliance Cincinnati goalkeepers in Junior Academy, Academy and Senior Programs. If interested in becoming an Alliance Cincinnati GK, please at tryouts@alliancecincinnati.com

Club Skills Night 8-19 year olds

Skill night designed for players from 8 and up, wishing to maximize their existing and learn new soccer skills. Players are progressively taught a variety of soccer skills including dribbling, passing and receiving, juggling, shooting and controlling. Improving the player’s level of comfort, balance, agility and creative confidence on the ball is also a goal of this program. Players are encouraged to use these skills while put into a competitive environment. The Skills night is coached by experienced and licensed soccer professionals.

Camps

Community Outreach

The Community Youth Soccer Skills Clinics are free training sessions designed for the Recreational players from 5 to 12 years of age who are seeking a little extra soccer training. The clinics are run by local area HS coaching staffs along with support from Alliance Cincinnati SC. Coaches are licensed and educated to work with the younger player. The Community Youth Soccer Skills Clinics focus on individual skills, ball mastery, and movement education for the young player.
